1. Scope of Service

DataGalley provides analytical assessments of maritime data quality and structural readiness.

Reports and scores are informational and advisory in nature.

They do not constitute regulatory certification or formal compliance approval.

2. No Guarantee of Regulatory Outcome

DataGalley does not guarantee:

• Acceptance by verifiers
• Regulatory approval
• Absence of compliance findings

Users remain responsible for regulatory submissions and compliance obligations.

3. User Responsibilities

Users confirm that they:

• Have authority to submit the data
• Have the right to share the uploaded files
• Do not upload unlawful or prohibited content

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citrosoft AB shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Regulatory penalties
• Business interruption

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

5. Payment Terms

Paid audits and services are subject to agreed pricing and scope confirmation.

Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, scoring logic, and reports remain the intellectual property of Citrosoft AB.

Clients retain ownership of their original uploaded data.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
