Our database is built entirely from EMSA THETIS-MRV verified emissions reports submitted under EU Regulation 2015/757. Every data point, from fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions to transport work and time at sea, comes from records monitored by the vessel operator, reported to the European Commission, and verified by accredited bodies such as DNV, Lloyd’s Register, and Bureau Veritas.

This is not modelled or estimated data. It is the same verified record used to enforce EU ETS compliance and referenced by verifiers when they assess emissions reports. Every number we produce can be traced back to an audited source.

BIMCO Clause-Ready Carbon Report

Transaction-level carbon due diligence for ship sale and purchase. Mapped to the BIMCO ETS Clause and FuelEU Maritime Clause for Memoranda of Agreement (Dec 2025). Includes 7-year emission profile, ETS cost quantification, FuelEU compliance balance estimate, reroute exposure analysis, risk score, and verifier export package.

Fleet Readiness Audit (Pre-Verification)

Verifiers don’t fix your data; they fail it. We act as your automated red-team. We audit your operational exports—noon reports, fuel logs, maintenance records—against ISO 8217 specs, DNV OVD 3.7 logic, and UN/LOCODEs.

The result: We catch the missing IMO numbers, impossible fuel consumption rates, and timeline gaps before they trigger an EU ETS non-compliance flag.

We track regulatory developments across the European Commission, EMSA, the IMO’s Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC), and national administering authorities. When the BIMCO Documentary Committee adopted standard ETS and FuelEU clauses for ship sale and purchase agreements in December 2025, we built our product around the new data obligations those clauses introduced.

We build on public, verified emissions data, not proprietary models, rough estimates, or rented SaaS datasets. Every number in a DataGalley report traces back to an accredited verifier’s assessment filed with the European Commission.

Our pricing is published on the website, so you know the cost upfront. No demo calls just to get a quote. Reports are delivered as PDFs with supporting data exports, and dashboards are available in Power BI with interactive access. You keep the analysis. Your data is not trapped behind a subscription.

We run as a lean, expert-led consultancy. We know the regulatory stack because we have built products around it, not because we skimmed the summary. When we produce a report tied to a BIMCO clause, we have read the clause itself, the explanatory notes, and the drafting rationale behind it.
